値上げのお知らせ

価格の改定等により、製品やサービスを値上げする場合のビジネス文書の文例。
値上げについては、事前に営業担当者等から話しがあることも多いが、後に正式な文書を渡すことがあるが、その文例である。
価格については、別途、価格改定表等を添付するとよい。

ビジネス文書の構成は以下のとおり

①値上げのお知らせ
②改定された価格表について
③締めくくり

①値上げのお知らせ

原材料の高騰による
As a result of escalating raw material costs, we must raise the price of all pressed steel products by 00% at the beginning of next month.

輸送コストの上昇
As a result of increased transportation costs over, we must raise the price of all pressed steel products by 00% at the beginning of next month.

②改定された価格表について

We are sending the revised price list in the letter. We have no plans for afurther rate adjustment inthe near future.

We enclose the new price list. No further rate adjustment is expected in the near future.

③締めくくり

We will do our best to provide high quality products at reasonable price. Thank you needs for years to come.
